She was predeceased by: her parents, Wasyl Stefanec and Tykyna Stefanec; her husband Peter; her son Ron; her son-in-law Hank Koster; her sisters, Mary Woloshyn (Bill) and Pearl Chuba (Steve); and her granddaughter Janaya.

She is survived by: her daughter Judy Koster (John Dibbin); her grandchildren, Aldine (Sheldon Gale) and Ronalda Clifton (Vernon); her son John (Elaine); her grandchildren, Stephanie (Khali Jabri) and Jeffrey (Damara); her great grandchild Jake (Lynn); her daughter-in-law Jolana; her great grandchildren, Zion, Judah, Makeda Beech, Hendrik Gale, Kai, Arianna Clifton and Violet Kalyta; and also, Darryl, Kristin (Errick Birch) and Erin. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
