She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Kozak and Pearl Kozak; her son Johnny; her siblings, Anne, Mary, Helen and Mike; and her son-in-law Rupert.
She is survived by: her children, Stella, Terry (Adeline), Ernie (Hilda) and Donna (Gordie); and her grandchildren, Laurie (Stan), Dean, Darren (Chris), Rick (Becky), Brad (Beth) and Tammy (Don). She is also survived by her children, grand children, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
