He was predeceased by: his wife Maxine Potolicki; and his parents, Frank Potolicki and Matilda Potolicki. He is survived by: his sons, Mark (Tanis) and Lane (Linda); his grandchildren, Amanda, Lyon, Alexa, Christian and Shanelle; his great grandchildren, Kaitlyn and James; his close friend Mercy Kostyshyn; and his siblings, Victor Potolicki, Walter Potolicki (Anne) and Helen Pacholko (Ed).
