He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Kinne and George Kinne; and his brother Bill of Surrey, BC.. He is survived by: his sister Ora (Orest Maryniuk). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

A funeral service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Sneath-Strilchuk Family Care Centre (Riverside Rd, Dauphin, MB).
