He is survived by: his parents, Reta Kollman and Ken Kollman; his friend Cindy (Dennis); his sons, Micheal (Sandy), Kevin (Katie) and Tyler (Heather); his grandchildren, Kennedy, Paisley, Charlee, Kaiden, William and Erik; his siblings, Kim (Barb), Kelly and Shelly (Dale); his sisters-in-law, Candace (Bruce), Darcy (Michael) and Megan; and his pet Gibson.
