She is survived by: her sister Beverly-Ann; her grandchild Pernell Jr. Bert R; her former husband Pernell Jr. Bert R; her siblings, Ronald, Kenneth, Trevor, Daniel, Patricia, Loretta Donna (Fabian) and Joan M; her children, George R (Megan), Wallace R (Patricia), Shelly E (Shane) and Travis R Megan (Destiny); her stepchildren, Shane (Morningstar), Jason (Destiny), Candice (Jae), Troy, Brent and Kyle; and her parents-in-law, Shirley, Audrey, Sharon, Tammy, Kevin and Tim. She is also survived by Mom had 26+ grandchildren, 8 great grand children and many nieces and nephews.
