It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jacquelyn Blight in Douglas, Manitoba, born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, who passed away on January 14, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Stan Wylde and Mabel Wylde; her daughter Kim Simard; her parents-in-law, Wilfred and Annie Blight; and her sister-in-law Evelyn Krauchek.
She is survived by: her husband Jim; her children, Kevin (Dorothy), Keri-Lynn Pohl (Robert), Kendall and Kam (Krista); her son-in-law Pat Simard; her grandchildren, Rachel (Rob), Matt (Nicole), Naomi (Colin), Jaxon (Jordyn), Katie, Justin, Meghan (Aaron), Joshua (Alina), Jordanna (Matthew), Jamie, Payton, Cody and Tristan; her great grandchildren, Emily, Tori, Narah, Lane, Colton, Quinn and Hadlee; her siblings, Rick Wylde (Judy), Teri Wylde (Guy Landry) and Gini Martin; her sister-in-law Irene Blight; her aunts, Connie Buchanan and Carolyn Lamb; her cousin Joan Brinkhurst; and her friend Norma Einarson. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
