He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Small and Ina Small of Dauphin; and his sisters, Jerri Bennett and Wilma Lewicki (Mike). He is survived by: his wife Bea Stitt of Portage; his children, Brad Small (Judy) of Fort St, Dawn Okabe (Randy) of Oshawa, ON and Debbie Small of Southport, MB; his grandchildren, Brendan, Kelsey Small, Steven and Kailey Okabe; and his sister Linda Ducharm (Claude) of Winnipeg, MB. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
