He is survived by: his parents, Edith and Tim (Laura); his daughter Chantel (Chris); his grandchildren, Hayden and Maya; his son David Jr. (Callie); his grandchildren, Emily, Logan and Elena; and his siblings, Grant, Blair (Debbie), Nolan (Julie), Jamie (Sally), Donnie (Tanis) and Marilyn (Dave).
