He was predeceased by: his parents, Dan Sraybash and Lena Sraybash; his wife Kay Osadchuk; his siblings, Bill and Nellie; his grandparents, Andrew and Anastasia Roznowsky; and his parents-in-law, William and Mary Osadchuk.

He is survived by: his children, David (Carol), Janet Smook (Chris), Gale Huhtala (Tim) and Dale (Tammy); and his siblings-in-law, Pauline Helash (Harry), Paul Osadchuk (Karen) and Ann Sraybash. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
