He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Zaplitny and Elizabeth Zaplitny; his father-in-law John Lysak; and his siblings-in-law, Gerry White and Susan Zaplitny.
He is survived by: his wife Bev; his children, Chris (Kathy) and Paula (Richard); his grandchildren, Rylan, Cade, Annabelle and Elisabeth; his siblings, Gail White, John (Linda) and Michael (Michelle); his mother-in-law Kay Lysak; and his sisters-in-law, Barb Mrozowich (Jerry) and Connie Neilipovitz (Bill).
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Sneath-Strilchuk Family Care Centre (Riverside Rd, Dauphin, MB).
Should friends so desire, donations in memory of Rick may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada.
