He was loved and cherished by many people including: his former wife Mary (Boretz); his wife Vivian (McCurry); his children, Brenda Jette (Darryl), Linda Bretecher (John Shadbolt), Rhonda Brezden, Twyla Brezden (Jared Rudkavich), David and Danny (Kim Ryz); his grandchildren, Nicole Wasurchak, Kellie Bretecher, Candace Bretecher (Andrew Dillon), Savannah McPhee (Billy Fleming), Chelsey McPhee and Darian Cooper; and his great grandchildren, Liliannah McPhee, Baylyn, Brody Fleming and Lilah Rose Bretecher-Dillon.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Winnipeg Ostomy Association.
