She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Hutsal and Malanka Hutsal; her husband Steve; her siblings, Catherine Kowalski, Mary Dmyterko, Anne Stozek, John and Peter; her children, Adeline (Puchailo) and Bradley; and her son-in-law Allen Ambrock.

She is survived by: her brother-in-law Steve Bomak; her children, Eileen (Lawrence Smelski), Harvey (Doreen), Joannie Ambrock and Gordon; her grandchildren, Dessiree (Kevin), Karri (Gordon), Carol, Stephanie (Randy), Korrie (Andrew), Leesa (Bill), Andrea (Brad), Kevin (Leeann), Andy (Rachel) and Blaine; her great grandchildren, Abbygail, Ainsley, Kadon, Kale, Tanner, Jackson, Evan, Sonja, Kristofer and Nicholas; her son-in-law Syd Puchailo; and her sister-in-law Lena Hutsal. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
