Jean King Obituary
The memory of Jean King (Dauphin, Manitoba), who passed away on March 6, 2025 at the age of 97, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvie McNaughton and Olive McNaughton; her husband William McKenzie King (Bill); her grandson Jerret Gardner; her daughter Betty Morrison; and her brothers, Keith, Roy and Doug McNaughton.
She is survived by: her daughters, Dawn Gardner (Bob) of Dauphin, Wendy Stokotelny (Bruce) of Dauphin, Patti Fox (Pete Wiwcharuk) of Ashern and Wileen Mauricio (John) of Winnipeg; her grandchildren, Brendan (Lenora), Ryan (Sheri), Jennifer (Warren), Jeremy (Carlanna), Johnathon (Kelly), Justin, Travis (Jennifer), Tara, Blair (Shannon) and Mason (Sarah); and her sister Diane Koss of Winnipeg. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren; two great, great grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Sneath-Strilchuk Family Care Centre (Riverside Rd, Dauphin, MB).
