He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lindsay Lang and Margaret Lang; his wife Peggy; his daughter Cindy Koutecky; his sister Carol Dumont (Mervin); his children, Connie Plamondon (Brian) of Thompson, MB, Carrie Lang of Dauphin, MB and Lindsay Lang (Denise) of Grandview, MB.; his grandchildren, Jody (Aaron), Evan (Cynthia), Jared, Chelsey (Mike), Brittany (Jimmy), Michael (Laura), Mercy, Gabe and Rachel; and his great grandchildren, Myles, Rhys, Cameron, Maxx, Matthew Owen and Avery.
Should friends so desire, donations in memory of James may be made to a charity of one's choice.
