He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Thompson and Martha Nepinak; and his siblings, Gilbert (Slim), Melvin (Punky), Gerald, Wallace (Porky), Larry and Marilyn.
He is survived by: his wife Annie Thompson; his children, Melanie, Mary (Oliver), Jim (Noelle) and Gilbert (Loretta); and his grandchildren, Alexandra, James and Savannah. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
