Cecil W. Small Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecil W. Small of Dauphin, Manitoba, who passed away on December 25, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Milford Small and Lillian Small; and his siblings, Muriel, Laura, Joyce, Ruth, Glenn and Alex.
He is survived by: his brother Cliff Small of Dauphin. He is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews.
