She was predeceased by: her parents, John Zaplitny and Carrie Zaplitny; her husband Michael Sliworsky (Mac); her sisters, Mary and Hilda; and her brothers-in-law, Ed, Pete and Ben.
She is survived by: her sons, Patrick (Loretta), Jim (Muujig) and Jon (Corinne); her sisters, Jean and Emily (Jim); and her siblings-in-law, Lois and Leif. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and countless friends.
The family requests that donations in lieu of flowers be made to either Selo Ukraina, and/or the Lawrence Recreation Centre.
