He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Alma; his brother Bob Jansen; his brother-in-law Phil Trudeau; and his parents-in-law, Imelda and Ernie Delorme.
He is survived by: his wife Yvonne; his children, Douglas (Cindy) of Ninette, MB, Lloyd (Haley) of Whitecourt, AB, Karen (Keith) of Didsbury, AB and JoAnn (Kyle) of Cypress River, MB; his grandchildren, Richelle, Travis Jansen (Jodeci), James (Christine), Olivia, Zach Van De Kerckhove, Hailey (Brett) and Tyson Berry; his siblings, John (Sheila) of Ninette, MB and Irma Trudeau of Winnipeg, MB; and his siblings-in-law, Michele Jansen of Winnipeg, MB, Roger (Hélène), Gerry Delorme (Darlene), Mariette Howatt (Bill) and Laurie McPherson (Scott). He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
