She was predeceased by: her son Shawne Mitchler; her parents, Walter Bate and Isabelle Bate (De Gueldre); and her brother Brian Bate. She is survived by: her children, Darcy (Tracy Mitchler), Dana (Sam Boryskiewich), David (Laura Mitchler) and Jon Mitchler (Paula Vassa); her grandchildren, Rylin, Jenn Mitchler, Baren Mitchler, Stacey Kostenchuk, Jake Boryskiewich, Krista Clark, Lucas Boryskiewich, Cayle, Keely Mitchler, Shaelyn Mitchler, Jayce Chuchmuch, Jesse Mitchler, Skyler Mitchler and Anna Mitchler; her great grandchildren, Mia and Wyatt Mitchler; and her siblings, Garry, Karen Bate, Brenda and Barry Stephenson. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family & friends.
