It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Peter Pinola of Cranberry Portage, Manitoba, who passed away on February 9, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Selma Pinola and Antti Pinola; his brother Arvo; and his first-born Satu-Maria. He is survived by: his wife Salme; his daughters, Sonja Doiron (Mike), Sari-Emma Pinola and Saara Murnick (Richard); his grandchildren, Stefan, Davis, Ysabel, Alex, Jacob and Emma; and his siblings, Anja Anttila (Aaro), Heikki (Maija-Liisa), Maija-Liisa Hakkola (Matti), Lea Pietila (Ari) and Rauha Appelberg (Bjorn). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
