It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Trevor Melvin Lambert in Carberry, Manitoba, born in Welwyn, Saskatchewan, who passed away on January 9, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid Trevor Melvin farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Trevor Melvin is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his wife Rhoda; his daughter Heather Kocuiba; and his parents, Marge Lambert and Mel Lambert. He is survived by: his son Derek (Louise Valcourt); his grandchildren, Meagan, Callie and Graham; and his sister Jean Welch.
A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Prairie Anglican Church (36 2 St SW, Portage la Prairie, MB R1N2A1).
