He is survived by: his wife Linda Smith; his sons, Jason Smith (Kristin) and Evan Smith (Kara); and his grandchildren, Danny Dorge, Shaniah Warren, Cassidy Warren, Makayla Dorge, Connor Smith, Morgan Smith and Cole Smith.
