She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Bailey and Bessie Bailey (Moir); and her aunt Florence Eckberg. She is survived by: her siblings, Beverley Wolfe and Tom Bailey (Carol); her children, Nevin Ostash (Laurie), Natashia Vandenberghe (Kent) and Melanie Hawkes; her grandchildren, Harlee, Liam Ostash, Owen, Cole Vandenberghe, Jonnathan, Alexander Derksen and Brandy Wade (Aaron); her great grandchildren, Jared and Mikah Wade; and her husband Bruce McEwing.

In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made in Noreen's memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Alzheimer's Society.
