She was predeceased by: her husband Peter Prokopchuk; her sibling Wally Baluk; her grandson Dr. Dean Sutherland; and also Connie Forman. She is survived by: her children, Liz Andrusiak (Earl), Iris Sutherland (Dan) and Orville Prokopchuk; her grandchildren, Lisa Chapman (Barry), Owen Andrusiak (Sandra), Vincent Andrusiak and Marissa Prokopchuk; and her great grandchildren, Zachary, Arianna, Tanner Chapman, Madison, Carly Sutherland, Alison, John Andrusiak and Emily Popp-Andrusiak. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
