She is survived by: her husband Alfred Smylski; her son David Cookson (Wanda); her grandsons, Zachary Cookson and Joshua Cookson; her siblings, Sophie Raczynski, Annie Englot, Pauline Metruk (Brian), Kathy Lister (Murray) and Joseph Zabalski; and her siblings-in-law, Tom Yakielashek and Hazel Goodell.
