Perkins (Jack); her siblings, Eleanor (Albert), Oscar and Delton; her children, Cam, Barry, David and Stephanie; her grandchildren, Christina (Timio Colistro), Melanie (Sean Johnston), Jennifer (Devin BourdeauD'Hui) and Tom; and her great grandchildren, Taliya, Arlee and Finn.
