She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Yaworski and Nellie Yaworski; and her brothers, Walter, Frank and Joseph.
She is survived by: her children, Carole Chamberlain, Judy Travale and Brent Chamberlain (Jan Chaboyer); her grandchildren, Jennifer Travale, Philip Travale, Tracy Chamberlain, Melissa Chaboyer and Kelly Chaboyer (Rori); and her great grandchildren, Aidan and Zaiden. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
