He was predeceased by: his sisters, Beertja and Janny; and his former wife Agnes. He is survived by: his wife Marlane Wilson; his sister Bep van Davelaar; his children, Anita (Mark), Earl and Dale; his stepchildren, Christy (Darren) and Corey; and his grandchildren, Amber (Kevin), Chelsey (Kristopher), Sarah, Luke, Chanelle (Romar), Brooklyn (Christopher), Marley and Cooper. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, friends.
