He was predeceased by: his mother Sue. He is survived by: his wife Sue; his sons, David Olive (Ruby) and Kevin Olive (Lisa); and his grandchildren, Kyle (Lomis), Bryan (Christine), David, Jr., Michael (Abby), Matthew and Sarah Wiens (Josh). He is also survived by children and grandchildren.
