He was predeceased by: his parents, Mathilda Hosea and Elvin Hosea; his brothers, Gary and Wayne; and his parents-in-law, Armand and Roma Chagnon.
He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Chagnon; his son Craig (Wanda); his grandchildren, Mikayla, Aidan (Shianne), Evan, Miriam and Meredith; his brother Kenneth (Linda) of Morden; and his siblings-in-law, Darlene Hosea, Sylvia Friesen of Winnipeg, Ed Chagnon (Pam) of Kenora, Ron Chagnon (Val) of Kenora and Arnie Chagnon (Sherri) of Elkhorn. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
