She was predeceased by: her husband Edward'Ted'Turk; her parents, John Burton Phillips and Mary Marciak; and her brother Randy Rogers. She is survived by: her daughters, Lori Turk of Belmont, MB and Monica Vander Kloet of Sudbury, ON..
