He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Doig and Bob Doig of Doig's Store Ltd; his former wife Arden; and his brother Ian. He is survived by: his wife Irene Bunch; his children, Debbie Allen (Jim), Karla Smith (Randy) and Jamie Doig (Lisa Griffith); and his stepson Barry Bunch (Christine). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
