He is survived by: his close friend Heather Holian; his mother Elaine; his siblings, Mark (Celeste), Kirk (Rebecca) and Leslie (Eric); his nephew Jayce; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Sebastion, Nathaniel and Addisen; and the mother of his children Christine.
