He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Madvig and Mary Alice Larsen (Field); his daughter Diane Larsen; and his siblings, Peter, Olaf Larsen and Edith Fillmore (Susan).
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his children, Kristofer Larsen (Lynne) and Kathryn Sturtevant (Roger); his stepchildren, Trina Hayter (Stephen) and David Thickens (Melissa); his sisters, Herdis Ferguson (late Ernest) and Laura Dawn Bezanson (David); his grandchildren, Tim (Nikki), Nick Warren, Yvonne, Bianca, Carl Olivotto, Emma, Andrew Hayter, Foster and Greyson Thickens; and his great grandchild Jacob Warren. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
