He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ivon Lane and Lottie Lane; his siblings, Katherine "Violet" McFarlane, John "Jack" Lane, Margaret Girling and Agnes "Rose" Tomlinson; his wife Evangeline; his daughter Kathy Pearson; his grandchildren, Jonathon Pearson (Adrienne Palmer) and Candace Pearson (Mike Grant); his stepchildren, Larry Jackson (Karen), Darlene McNabb (Charlie) and Cheryl Grant (Mike); his former wife Phyllis; and his daughter Audrey Lane. He was also cherished by 6 step grandchildren and 9 step great grandchildren.
