She was predeceased by: her parents, Annie Joynt and Ivan Joynt; her husband Edward Johnston (Ted); her brother Garry Joynt; and her granddaughter Alyssa.
She is survived by: her children, Richard (Tracy), Barry and Melissa; her brothers, George and Garnet (Lisa); her grandchildren, Brett (Sabrina), Adam (Haley), Kristen Johnston, Sydney, Khloe Turner and Nikki Moench (Kyle); and her great grandchildren, Aiden, Mya, Jada Johnston, Chloe and Haley Moench.
