With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anna Margaretha Krahn (Brandon, Manitoba), born in Gretna, Manitoba, who passed away on December 24, 2022 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaretha Penner and German Mennonite; her husband George; her sister-in-law Annie Krahn; her siblings, Margaret Martens, Mary Wiens, John Penner, Rudy Penner and Jake Penner; her brothers-in-law, John Krahn and Henry Krahn; and her grandson Paul Bertin.
She is survived by: her children, George, Anne, Rudy Krahn (Marena), Becky Magill (Keith), Eleanor Bertin (Mike) and Ted Krahn (Rhonda); her grandchildren, Krystena Herbert (Ian), Anna Larson (Ben), Catherine Magill, Stephen Magill (Megan), Esther Crane (Chris), John Magill (Rebekah), Elizabeth Birnbaum (Valeri), Ben Bertin (Christy), Dan Bertin (Cara), Tommy Bertin (Erika), Becky Hurst (John), Jonny Bertin (Kass), Timothy Bertin, Alyssa Friesen (Derek), Josh Krahn and Heidi McPherson (Alex); her sister Erica Lepp; and her sisters-in-law, Katherine Penner, Lydia Penner, Helen Krahn and Helen Klassen (Tony). She is also survived by thirty-two great-grandchildren.
