In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Alyce had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Alyce may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Ferris and Bill Ferris. She is survived by: her brother Howard Ferris; her children, Kent Johnston (Karen), Kandy Jacobson, Amy Randall (Geordie) and Brenda Johnston (Ray); her sister-in-law Betty Ferris; and her husband Jim Johnston (JB). She is also survived by eight grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren.
