He is survived by: his brother Lorne Hughes Ransom; his children, Tyler Ransom, Colby Ransom, Burgundy Russell (Jesse) and Scarlett Ransom; his sister Peggy Dawn Salter (Rob); his nieces, Chelsea Desrosiers (Jeremy) and Nora Dawn; his son Cole Salter; his brother Brad Ransom; his child Sharly (Randy); his great-nephews, Talan and Lawson; and also Slater Ransom.
