He was predeceased by: his former spouse Jacomina Tardij; his parents, Vladymir (Wolodymir "Walter") and Zonka (Elsie); his in-laws, Hermanus and Maria Tardij; and his siblings, William, Patricia, Helen, Mary and Ann.
He is survived by: his siblings, Vladymir (Wolodymir "Walter") and Zonka Statkewich (Elsie); his children, David Michael Hermanus and Karin Lynn Maria (Nathan); his wife Jackie Statkewich; his grandchildren, Aubree, Owen and Isaac Bugiera; and his sister Virginia Kozicki (Richard). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
