With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Neil Franklin Stouffer of Belmont, Manitoba, who passed away on January 21, 2022 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin and Alexandria; and his siblings, Helen, Garth, Bruce, Terry, Denis and Leonard.
He is survived by: his wife Phoebe; his children, Sheri Stouffer of Belmont, MB, Molly Stouffer (Kelly Gibson) of Minaki, ON, Gabe Stouffer (Heidi) of Boissevain, MB and Dan Stouffer (Linda) of Minneapolis, MN; his grandchildren, Jodie (Mike), Shawn, Dana, Jim, Aurora, Davide, Lucas Marcus, Josh, Jessica, Jewel, Jerika and Briar; and his great grandchildren, Aden, Alex and Easton.
Due to Covid restrictions, the service is limited to invited family members & friends.
