He was predeceased by: his parents, Royce Budd and Hazel Budd; his siblings, Davin, Garry, Bob and Sandra Budd; and his aunt Evelyn Spring.

He is survived by: his wife Tina; his children, April Hoblyak (Trevor) of Belmont and Allen Budd (Lisa Brandigen) of Edmonton, AB; his grandchildren, Skyler, Trinity, Madison and Austin; his sisters, Diane Harder (John) of Winkler, Marilyn Budd of Glenboro and Janice Achtemichuk (Ray) of Blackfalds, AB; and his siblings-in-law, Joost Menkema of Spruce Grove, AB, Melle Menkema of Brandon, MB and Jannie Hopcraft (Gary) of Wawanesa, MB.
