We are sad to announce that on October 24, 2023, at the age of 87, Velma Jeanne Kulbaba (Beausejour, Manitoba), born in Gunton, Manitoba passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Alan Cosens and Jeanne Cosens; her brothers, Vern, Harold and Tom; her husband Joe Kulbaba; her children, Rick (Shirley), Deb (Joe), Alan, Louise (Tim), Dennis and Darlene (Shawn); her great grandchildren, Stephanie (Artemis), Wendy, James, Jessica and Cole; and her grandchildren, Jeremy and Amy. She was also cherished by numerous sisters/brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews.
