It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sidney Willis Carter (Beausejour, Manitoba), born in Wesleyville, Newfoundland, who passed away on November 25, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Carter and Elizabeth Carter; his children, Ronald and Diana Alexander; and his son-in-law Michael Niedbala.

He is survived by: his wife Amy; and his children, Dawn Niedbala of Landsdowne, ON and David (Florence Campbell) of Pinawa, MB. He is also survived by three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two brothers and two sisters.
