It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ruth Amelia Cook (Beausejour, Manitoba), born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, who passed away on November 5, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Carl; her parents, George and Annie; and her children, Clifford Cook, Linda Cook and Allison Kendel.
She is survived by: her son Garth (Phyllis); her children-in-law, Marjorie and Darren; her grandchildren, Melissa (Paul), Curtis, Chad (Coral), Brennen (Jaime), Amanda (Michael) and Kelly (Scott); and her great grandchildren, Haley, Alex, Cillian, Lowick, Ana and Adam.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Sobering Funeral Chapel (1035 Park Ave, Beausejour, MB R0E 0C0).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ruth's name to the Anola and District Museum (Box 153, Anola, MB R0E 0A0) or a charity of your choice.
