He is survived by: his wife Kimberley; his daughter Jaclyn; his parents, Camille and Pierre; his sister France (Yves); and his siblings-in-law, Blair (Janet) and Wanda (Jon). He is also survived by his extended RCMP family, special nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Roch's name to either CancerCare Manitoba or Slain Peace Officers Fund.
