He was predeceased by: his wife Clothilde; his parents, Albert Chouinard and Alexia Chouinard; his siblings, Therese Hebert, Annette Steingart, Lucille Neufeld and Denis Chouinard; and his siblings-in-law, Raymond Hebert, Emile Plamondon, Romeo St. Amant, Ed Steingart and Denise Chouinard.
He is survived by: his daughter Christine (Jeff); his grandchildren, Amanda (Jason), Michael (Sheena) and Daniel (Tyana); his great grandchildren, Jacob, Hannah, Gage, Onyx and Ezekiel; his siblings, Alice Plamondon, Eva Frechette (Raymond), Cecile St. Amant, Adeline Major (Jim) and Victor Chouinard (Cecillia); and his brother-in-law Stan Neufeld. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
