He is survived by: his wife Janet (Swiderski); his children, Crystal Banek (Mark) and Bradley Warren (Kyla); his sister Gail Cloutier; and his grandchildren, Everett, Easton Banek, Fafa, Lily and Max Warren. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and in-laws.
