Linda Sorenson Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Linda Sorenson (Beausejour, Manitoba), born in Selkirk, Manitoba, who passed away on January 10, 2022 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Nick Soroka and Stella Soroka; her grandmother Mary Holyk; and her brother-in-law Edwin Funk. She is survived by: her husband Jim; her daughter Kimberly Lavallee (Dave); her granddaughters, Genevieve and Annick Lavallee of Winnipeg; her son Jonathan (Jaclyn); her grandsons, Thane, Leif and Ranon Sorenson of Kelowna, BC; her sisters, Evelyn Funk, Kathy Soroka (Garry McDonald) and Diana Soroka; her aunts, Olga Soroko of Lac and Rose Lazecko of Warren, Michigan; and her uncle Wally. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Linda's memory may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or Scleroderma Association of Manitoba.
